① According to the structure of suction and exhaust parts, it can be
divided into cone pump and flat pump
② According to the stages of
impeller, it can be divided into single-stage pump and double-stage pump. Among
them, the cone pump and the flat pump have a single-stage impeller and two-stage
impeller structure.
③ According to the process of suction and exhaust
completed by each rotation of impeller, it can be divided into single acting and
double acting vacuum pumps.
In the above vacuum pumps with different
structures, each pump is composed of pump shaft, pump body, side cover,
impeller, distribution plate (flat pump) or distributor (cone pump), shaft seal
parts, bearing parts, etc. In the process of working, the parts contacting the
working medium are called over-current parts, and the other parts are called non
over-current parts.
