Small vacuum pump is also called micro vacuum pump
because of its small volume. Small vacuum pump (i.e. micro vacuum pump) refers
to an instrument that has one suction nozzle and one exhaust nozzle, and can
continuously form vacuum or negative pressure at the inlet; micro positive
pressure is formed at the exhaust nozzle; the working medium is mainly gas, and
the volume is small. Small vacuum pump can be used for air conditioning,
refrigeration equipment repair, suction device of medical instruments, printing
machinery, vacuum packaging, vacuum plastic suction, physical and chemical
experiments and small devices requiring vacuum environment. The scope of
application covers scientific research, gas sampling, instruments, chemical
analysis, medical and health care, medical and health care, bioengineering,
automatic control, environmental protection, water treatment and many other
fields.
The small vacuum pump is not suitable for pumping out the gas
which corrodes the ferrous metal, reacts with the pump oil chemically, contains
the particle dust, as well as the toxic gas which contains too much oxygen and
is explosive. It can not be used as a transfer pump (i.e. pumping from one
container to another).
The circular motion of the small vacuum pump
motor makes the diaphragm inside the pump do reciprocating motion through the
mechanical device, so as to compress and stretch the air in the fixed volume
pump cavity to form a vacuum (negative pressure), and generate a pressure
difference with the external atmospheric pressure at the pump suction port,
under the effect of the pressure difference, the gas pressure (suction) into the
pump cavity, and then discharge from the exhaust port.
