2. The function principle
of water ring vacuum pump is: the impeller is eccentrically installed in the
nearly circular pump body. When the impeller rotates clockwise, the water
injected into the pump body forms a rotating water ring due to the centrifugal
effect, and a crescent shaped space is formed between the inner surface of the
water ring and the impeller hub. When the space increases, the gas is inhaled
from the outside. When the impeller continues to rotate, the corresponding space
becomes smaller, and the original suction is made When the pressure reaches or
slightly exceeds the gas pressure, the gas is discharged.
3. The working
principle of reciprocating vacuum pump is: it uses the reciprocating motion of
piston to pump air. This kind of pump has poor continuity and is relatively
simple.
4. The principle of the steam jet pump is: the medium pressure
steam of 8-12kg / cm2 is expanded through the heat insulation of the nozzle, the
speed is increased to more than 1000m / s, the secondary steam and non
condensable gas are sucked into the mixing chamber, after the secondary steam
and non condensable gas are sucked and mixed with medium pressure steam, the
speed is increased to about 200m / s, the medium pressure steam carrier inhales
the steam into the diffuser, and the mixed steam is compressed and decompressed
in the compressor After that, discharge the pump. The imported steam jet pump
