In the operation process of vacuum pump, it is necessary to work as efficiently as possible, that is, in the sea area with critical vacuum degree or critical exhaust pressure, it is necessary to prevent the operation close to the maximum vacuum degree or maximum exhaust pressure. In this sea area, not only the efficiency is very low, but also the operation is very balanced and solid, which is easy to produce vibration and noise. For the vacuum pump with high vacuum degree, cavitation will occur when it is operated in this sea area. The obvious signs of this phenomenon are noise and vibration in the pump. Cavitation will cause mechanical damage such as pump body and impeller, resulting in the pump helpless operation.
