3. Insert the three core cable and the stripped copper wire part of the external cable in pairs, then bind and tie with a thin copper wire as shown in the figure, cut off the remaining part, and press flat with scissors to prevent tying.

4. The three wire ends shall be firmly welded with solder respectively, and the surface of the solder joint shall be smooth without burr and false welding. If the welding is not firm or smooth, the water ring vacuum pump shall be re welded until the requirements are met.

5. Wrap three wires together with plastic tape and bind two layers. The first layer shall be more than 50mm over the end of each conductor insulation layer and the second layer shall be more than 50mm over the end of the first layer.

6. After binding, take a basin of cold water to soak the wrapped thread in water safely. After 12 hours, use a 500V megohmmeter to measure the insulation not less than 50 megohm. Otherwise, bind it again until it meets the requirements.

7. The grounding wire of the water ring vacuum pump shall also be wrapped according to the wiring process requirements of the submersible cable.

Possible causes: insufficient power supply voltage of the motor; lack of phase operation of the motor; corrosion of the water ring vacuum pump due to long-term failure; suction of debris in the pump; impeller drag distribution board.

Troubleshooting: check whether the power supply voltage is too low; check whether the motor wiring is reliable; if the pump is not used for a long time, add a little rust remover or open the pump cover to remove the rust manually; open the pump cover to remove the sundries; adjust the distance between the impeller and the distribution board.

3、 Motor overheating

Possible causes: motor overload due to excessive water supply; motor phase loss; exhaust hole blockage; impeller driving other components.

Troubleshooting: reduce the water supply to the normal range (refer to the pump's operating instructions for the liquid supply); check whether the wiring is firm; check the exhaust port; open the water ring vacuum pump cover to adjust the clearance between the impeller and other components.

4、 Insufficient flow

Possible causes: pipeline air leakage and liquid leakage; increase of resistance loss;
