6. According to the manual, vacuum pump oil is recommended. Attention should be paid to the fact that ester vacuum pump oil can not be mixed with mineral oil type vacuum pump oil and other oils. 7. Check the limit pressure of rotary vane vacuum pump according to the compression mercury vacuum gauge. The total pressure gauge should pay attention to the matching calibration and backup comparison regulation.
