However, it is not suitable for the removal of gases that are too high in oxygen, corrosive to metals, chemically reactive to pump oil, and contain particulate dust. The rotary vane vacuum pump is mainly composed of a pump body, a rotor, a rotary vane, an end cover, a spring and the like. A rotor is eccentrically mounted in the cavity of the rotary vane pump, the outer circumference of the rotor is tangent to the inner surface of the pump chamber (there is a small gap between the two), and two rotor blades are mounted in the rotor slot. When rotating, the top end of the rotary vane is kept in contact with the inner wall of the pump chamber by the centrifugal force and the tension of the spring, and the rotation of the rotor drives the rotary vane to slide along the inner wall of the pump chamber.
The rotary vane vacuum pump is a low vacuum pump. It can be used alone or as a foreline pump for other high vacuum pumps or ultra high vacuum pumps. It has been widely used in metallurgy, machinery, military, electronics, chemical, light industry, petroleum and medicine.
Cleaning and assembly points of the rotary vane vacuum pump:
1. Remove the pump from the vacuum system, first remove the low vacuum end, remove the rear end plate, then take the low vacuum rotor and the key, then remove the front end plate, take out the vacuum pump rotor and the rotor, spring, etc. The mirror, exhaust valve, and exhaust cover are used to thoroughly clean all parts with gasoline or alcohol.
2. When disassembling, pay attention to the parts, directions and combinations of each part. The removed parts should be placed separately. It is not allowed to mix together and wear each other.

4. Pay special attention to the fact that the front and rear end plates are found to have a large degree of scratches, indicating that the rotor and the middle partition are not perpendicular to the assembly. The positioning pin should be adjusted. If it is too serious, it should be repaired or replaced.
5. Before assembly, it should be cleaned and dried for assembly. First install the high vacuum end, put the spring rotor into the high rotor, then put it into the high vacuum chamber, install the front plate, and then install the positioning pin. Tighten the screws and ensure that the rotation is flexible and uniform after assembly. Then install the low vacuum rotor and the rear end cover. The groove of the low rotation piece should be to the side of the rear end plate. 6. When assembling the rotary vane vacuum pump, it should be noted that all the rotating parts should be vacuum oil first, pay attention to clean, iron dust, dust and dust are not allowed to fall into the pump, the positioning pin should be in good contact, and the installed pump should be easy to rotate, no rotation. There is no unevenness and there is no blockage.
7. After the final assembly, refuel from the air inlet and the oil hole, and load the oil at the horizontal line of the sight glass, and then test the vehicle.
