Roots vacuum pump structure

It is very important to choose the right equipment. If it does not match the working environment, it will not give full play to its advantages and even wear the equipment. 1. Vertical: The axes of two rotors are installed horizontally, but the plane formed by the axes of two rotors is perpendicular to the horizontal plane. With this structure, the intake and exhaust ports of the pump are horizontally arranged. It is convenient to assemble and connect the pipelines.

2. Horizontal: The axes of two rotors are installed horizontally, and the plane formed by the axes of two rotors is horizontally oriented. The intake port of the pump with this structure is above the pump and the exhaust port is below the pump (and vice versa). The exhaust ports below are usually horizontally connected, so the intake and exhaust directions are perpendicular to each other. The exhaust port is connected with a three-way pipe to open in two directions, one end is connected with the exhaust pipe, and the other end is used when it is dead or connected with the bypass valve. The structure is characterized by low center of gravity and good stability at high speed.

3, vertical shaft type: two roots of some roots vacuum pumps are installed perpendicular to the horizontal plane. The assembly clearance of the structure is easy to control, the assembly of the rotor is convenient and the area is small, but the assembly and disassembly of gears and other transmission mechanisms are inconvenient, and the lubrication device is also complex. 4. With a relief valve: In order to prevent accidents caused by overloading, the equipment is equipped with a more reliable safety protector, that is, a relief valve is installed on the bypass pipeline. The relief valve is closed when the exhaust port is under specified pressure. When the outlet pressure exceeds the prescribed pressure, the valve of the relief valve is automatically jacked to produce overflow. When the outlet pressure becomes normal, the relief valve closes by itself. It can adjust automatically and is also the allowable differential pressure device of the pump. Therefore, the greatest advantage of the relief valve is that the equipment can run continuously in various pressure ranges together with the front pump. With this design, the stopping time of the vacuum vessel in the rough vacuum state can be shortened by 30-50%. 5. With steam condenser: In the case of need to suck steam, the pumping unit must design a condenser that will make the steam condense. This condenser can be installed before or after the pump, but not on the pump body. Under certain circumstances, the condensation heating up can reduce the heat of roots pump.
