Rotary Vane Vacuum Pumps

Rotary vane vacuum pump is a kind of oil seal rotary pump, also known as Gade pump, mainly composed of stator, rotor and slider. The rotor is eccentrically mounted in the stator and is tangent to the vertex of the stator inner wall. The rotor is equipped with two sliding vanes, which are tightly attached to the stator wall by the action of spring and centrifugal force during rotation. The stator is divided into suction chamber, storage chamber and exhaust chamber by the rotor and slider. As the rotor rotates and drives the slider, the suction chamber expands and sucks. The gas in the exhaust chamber is compressed gradually until the pressure exceeds the atmospheric pressure, the exhaust valve is opened and the gas is discharged into the atmosphere.dry-screw-vacuum-pump-application

In order to prevent the exhaust gas reflux pump, the exhaust valve is specially covered with oil and sealed. Vacuum pump oil not only lubricates the stator, rotor and slider, but also seals them. In addition, the pump oil fills all harmful spaces in the pump chamber, eliminating their influence on the limit vacuum.roots-vacuum-pump-in-crude-oil-distillation

The ordinary rotary vane vacuum pump is mostly used to extract pure dry gas. If the gas containing a large amount of condensate gas is extracted, the rotary vane gas town (valve) vacuum pump should be selected. An air ballast valve is installed in the "air storage chamber". It opens and inhales a certain amount of air. Its partial pressure is several times higher than that of water vapor in the air extraction chamber. When it reaches the exhaust chamber, the partial pressure of water vapor is still lower than that of saturated vapor. Therefore, it will not condense into liquid droplets, but keeps the gas and air together to discharge out of the pump.vacuum-system-in-spatial-simulation-chamber
