Before starting, check whether the cooling water in the jacket sleeve of the imported pipeline is connected; whether the grounding wire is intact; whether the cooling water of the circulating liquid cooler of the vacuum pump is connected; whether there is overflow in the gas-liquid separating insert; check whether the import valve of the vacuum pump is closed (the vacuum pump checks this content when it is out of operation). After checking, start the vacuum pump according to the following steps:

When switching vacuum pumps, attention should be paid to prevent large fluctuations in vacuum, and the operation instructions should be switched to vacuum pumps. 1. Start the vacuum pump, press the operation button, observe the pressure indication, and then proceed to the next step when the vacuum degree reaches the given value.

2. Open the inlet valve of the vacuum pump slowly, and do the next operation after the vacuum degree indicates stability.

3. Close the inlet valve of the vacuum pump slowly.

4. Stop the operation of the vacuum pump and press the stop button.

5. Stop the cooling water of the circulating liquid cooler of the vacuum pump and close the feed and return valves. The switching of vacuum pump is completed.
