SK LIQUID RING VACUUM PUMP SEPARATION PROCESS

SK liquid ring vacuum pump is a complete system with two water ring vacuum pumps as vacuum acquisition equipment and vacuum tank as vacuum storage equipment. Compared with the separation process of SK liquid ring vacuum pump, we still don't know. Today we will introduce this problem to you.

1. Mixing and accelerating stages. Slag-containing wastewater and flocculant are mixed in the feeding chamber and accelerated to ensure that the slag-containing wastewater enters the separation zone in the best state.

2. Clarification stage. Under the action of centrifugal force, flocculant particles quickly separate and settle in the straight section of the drum. The separated supernatant is discharged through the weir at the end of the drum.

3. Compression stage. The sludge is further compressed by centrifugal force and pore water is released when the settling solid is pushed to the discharging end by the screw propeller.

4. Two-way extrusion stage. In the conical section of the drum, wastewater sludge is subjected to biaxial extrusion. The screw conveyor is properly designed to produce extrusion force along the axial direction. With the compression of centrifuge, the capillary water of sludge is further extruded.

5. Solid residence time, when the amount of sludge and mud entering SK liquid ring vacuum pump changes, in order to maintain the best dewatering effect, the total solid content in the centrifuge drum is continuously controlled. SK liquid ring vacuum pump has good effect, and the water content of sludge is about 70%.
