The two-stage water ring vacuum pump is a two-stage impeller connected in series on the same shaft, and the main shaft is directly connected with the driving device. There are two modes of operation when the two-stage water ring vacuum pump is used for vacuumizing the condenser in the power station: under the starting condition of low vacuum, the absolute pressure of the condenser and other vacuum systems is 14665.2pa, which can be operated in one stage; under the normal operation condition of high vacuum, the absolute pressure of the condenser is 5999.4pa, which can be operated in two stages.
The serial vacuum pump used in the power station is to connect a ejector to the inlet of the water ring vacuum pump to improve the suction vacuum. The air is used as working medium, which is ejected from the nozzle at high speed. The ejected gas is drawn out, and then enters the water ring vacuum pump, where it continues to be compressed. Finally, the gas and water are discharged out of the tank.
