1. Add lubricating oil: since the working vacuum of water ring vacuum pump is not very high, generally, 46 mechanical oil can be used to replace the vacuum pump oil. Generally speaking, before start-up, the oil level in the oil window at both ends of the pump shall not be less than 2 / 3 of the height of the oil window, and shall not be less than 1 / 2 of the height during operation.

2. Use of the unit composed of the front-end pump: the main pump of the unit is water ring vacuum pump, and other mechanical vacuum pumps such as liquid ring vacuum pump, rotary vane vacuum pump and slide valve vacuum pump are the front-end pumps. The automatic operation, automatic overheating and overload protection of the unit are achieved through various vacuum instruments and control equipment. According to different process requirements and different configuration of the front stage pump, the pump can be composed of one or more pumps and the front stage pump.

Heat dissipation is conducive to slowing down the use pressure of the water ring vacuum pump, prolonging the service life of the pump and improving the working efficiency of the pump.
