1. First, close the intake pipe valve and working fluid valve;

2. Stop the motor;

3. Close the valve in the mechanical seal flushing pipeline;

4. If the ambient temperature is lower than 0 ℃, discharge the liquid in the pump body, separator and all pipelines after shutdown;

5. If the stainless steel vacuum pump is filled with working fluid, it will cause difficulty in starting the stainless steel vacuum pump. Therefore, after the pump is stopped, it must be ensured that the liquid cannot enter the pump body and intake pipe from the exhaust pipe, working liquid supply pipe, etc. If the exhaust side is equipped with a gas water separator, more attention should be paid. If it is uncertain whether the pump is filled with working fluid in other installation conditions or in case of failure, drain the working fluid in the pump before starting or ensure that the working fluid accounts for about 1 / 2-2 / 3 of the pump cavity.
