Wear factors of SK vacuum pump
Sk vacuum pump in a long time of high-speed operation, it is inevitable that there will be wear. If the wear is serious, the efficiency of vacuum pump will be affected. Therefore, we should pay attention to avoid the occurrence of wear factors as much as possible in the process of using the equipment. Let's analyze the wear factors for you.
The wear of the journal surface of SK vacuum pump is uneven. The radial wear of the main journal and the connecting rod journal is mainly elliptical, which corresponds to the wear part, that is, the wear part of each main journal is close to the side of the connecting rod journal, and the wear part of the connecting rod journal is also close to the side of the main journal. The crankshaft journal has conical wear along the axial direction. The elliptical wear of the journal is caused by the uneven distribution of the force acting on the journal in the circumferential direction
When the engine is working, the comprehensive force on the connecting rod journal always acts on the inner side of the connecting rod journal, and the direction is outward along the crankshaft radius, resulting in the large wear on the inner side of the connecting rod journal, forming an ellipse. The reason for the tapered wear of the connecting rod journal is that the oil passage leading to the connecting rod journal is inclined. When SK vacuum pump rotates, under the action of centrifugal force, the mechanical impurities in the lubricating oil accumulate on one side of the connecting rod journal, which accelerates the wear of the journal and makes the wear of the connecting rod journal tapered.
In addition, the bending of the connecting rod, the non perpendicularity of the cylinder center line and the SK vacuum pump center line and other reasons will make the axial force on the journal uneven, and cause the wear deflection. The wear of the main journal is elliptical, mainly due to the influence of the centrifugal force of the connecting rod, the connecting rod journal and the crank arm, so that the relative wear between the side near the connecting rod journal and the bearing is greater. In addition, the journal surface may be scratched and burned. Scuffing is mainly caused by unclean engine oil, in which large hard mechanical impurities are scratched on the journal surface. The burn of the journal surface is caused by the burning of the bearing. The burning of the bearing is mainly caused by insufficient lubrication, too thin oil, blocked oil circuit and other reasons.
