(1) All pipelines of liquid ring vacuum pump should be checked for sealing before installation, and the internal iron chips, rust and oil stains should be cleaned up.
(2) Reliable sealing gaskets, especially vacuum pipelines, should be used at the flange joints of pipelines, and the sealing requirements should be stricter.
(3) The intake pipeline is connected with the inlet of the liquid ring vacuum pump, and the exhaust pipeline is connected with the outlet of the separator water tank.
(4) Gate valves should be installed on the intake pipe near the liquid ring vacuum pump to prevent the water in the pump from flowing down to the intake pipe under the pressure of the exhaust pipe when the pump stops.
