Before using the rotary vane vacuum pump for installation and commissioning, please read the instructions carefully, operate in strict accordance with the product operation procedures, and pay attention to first screw out the oil filler plug from the oil filler hole to 2 / 3 of the oil mark. Then add a small amount of pump oil from the oil inlet hole to strengthen the lubrication in the pump cavity. If the oil level of exhaust valve is too low, it will not close and affect the vacuum degree. If it is too high, it may cause fuel injection.
Pay attention to the product manual, connect the three-phase power line as required, and note that the rotation direction of the three-phase motor is the same as the direction of the arrow on the pump bracket. The single-phase motor can be directly inserted into the power socket. After the test run is qualified, normal operation can be started.
The connecting pipe with the inlet pipe of rotary vacuum pump should not be too long. Please pay attention to check the external connecting pipe, connector and container of the vacuum pump.
