Influence of water temperature on vacuum degree of water ring vacuum pump
After purchasing the water ring vacuum pump of our company for the first time, the user thinks that as long as the water is supplied by the water ring vacuum pump, the water temperature, pressure and other factors will not be considered. If the pump is used for a long time, it will bring adverse consequences to the water ring pump.
There are two reasons why the water temperature of water ring vacuum pump should not be too high:
Reason 1: because the water temperature is related to the suction capacity, the working fluid temperature is high, and the air volume will decrease.
Reason 2: working fluid in water ring vacuum pump mainly plays the role of sealing and cooling
The working liquid temperature of water ring vacuum pump will exceed 50 ℃ after working for n hours, so it is recommended to install a condenser to enhance the efficiency of the pump.
Because the water temperature is related to the suction capacity, the working fluid temperature is high, and the air volume will decrease. With the increase of temperature, the evaporation capacity also increases, occupying the discharge capacity of raw water ring vacuum pump, reducing the suction capacity, and prolonging the vacuumizing time. In addition, under the vacuum condition, the evaporation capacity of sealing liquid will also increase with the increase of temperature, and the larger the percentage of the discharge capacity of vacuum pump, the situation that cannot be vacuumized will occur. As for the data involved too much, the evaporation capacity of sealing liquid at various vacuum degrees is not the same as that at various temperatures. Only at a certain vacuum degree can we reflect the change of temperature and cause the change of evaporation capacity. Or vice versa. In use, it must be combined with temperature, vacuum two performance curves and pump performance curve superposition can be seen.
