1. Roots pump can not be used alone. It usually needs to be equipped with a front stage pump, which is mainly used to improve the pumping speed, so it is also called a mechanical booster pump.
2. The roots pump can only be started when the previous pump reaches the allowable starting pressure. If it is started directly or fails to meet the air pressure requirements, the pump will be overloaded and the motor will be burned. Generally, the starting pressure is about 1.5 times of its differential pressure. For example, if the pressure difference of zj150 is 6000pa, the starting pressure is when the water ring pump pumps the system pressure to 90mbar.
3. If the front stage pump is a water ring pump, in order to prevent the circulating water of the water ring pump from flowing back into the oil tank, a check valve must be installed between the frontal water ring pump.
4. Roots pump can only work through the unit.
