We'd better not change the size of each part of the vacuum pump at will. It's manufactured and installed at will after the designer's research in production. It will have a bad impact on the vacuum pump in the future use.
If the inlet size is reduced, the flow rate of the pump will increase, and the flow loss will increase accordingly. In addition, there may be serious cavitation problems caused by eddy current. When the rotating speed is high, it will cause vibration of the pipeline and aggravate the progress of cavitation. Because of the existence of vibration, the operation of the vacuum pump will be unbalanced and easy to cause leakage. Therefore, when piping, we should configure the corresponding pipes according to the factory standard of the manufacturer to avoid unnecessary troubles.
Therefore, when installing the vacuum pump, we must install it in accordance with the operating instructions. We can't change it at will, which will cause inconvenience in later use and safety in production.
