The open-type working fluid supply mode is to adjust the liquid seal level of the gas-liquid separator by manually adjusting the gate valve at the bottom of the gas-liquid separator. The liquid level of the gas-liquid separator will change when the water-ring vacuum pump is just started or when the discharge pressure changes. If the liquid level of the gas-liquid separator is emptied, the gas will be discharged from the bottom of the gas-liquid separator. If the gas is poisonous or inflammable and explosive, the gas will leak from the discharge gate valve of the gas-liquid separator, which will cause major safety accidents.
Installation of vacuum pump piping:
1.pipeline installation, especially the intake pipeline, first remove pipeline slag, rust and dirt.
2. for newly opened pipelines, 20-30 mesh / inch screen should be installed. The filter mesh is clamped between the two flanges of the pipeline, and the outer circumference of the filter mesh should leave a certain amount of clamping allowance to avoid being sucked into the vacuum compressor. After a period of time, confirm that there is no foreign matter in the pipeline.
3.The new pipeline filter mesh is easy to be blocked by impurities, which will affect the inhalation of gas. It should be removed and cleaned in time.
4.Generally, the first operation of a week, to stop cleaning the filter screen, and then run for three weeks, for the second cleaning, until the system is clean, you can remove the filter screen. The water supply pipeline should be cleaned with water before connecting to the vacuum compressor to ensure that the water pipe impurities are washed before connecting to use.
Vacuum pump start up:
1.The grease in the bearing cavity of vacuum compressor should be replaced before starting, and the bearing cavity should be cleaned with gasoline before replacing.
2.Wash the water in the vacuum compressor through the liquid supply pipeline, move the rotor by hand, and then drain the sewage through the liquid discharge pipeline. For units that have been commissioned or put into operation for more than two days, when restarting, wash them with water and coil, so as to avoid internal rust and scaling, which will cause difficulties in starting and burning the motor.
3.check whether the electrical part is safe and correct.
4.Check the rotation direction of the motor to make it conform to the steering of the liquid ring vacuum compressor.
5.check whether the coupling cover or belt cover is reliably fixed.
When the operation of the vacuum compressor is stable, adjust the gate valve to make the reading of the pressure gauge of the liquid supply pipeline consistent with the discharge pressure of the vacuum compressor. At this time, slowly close the gate valve. When the reading of the discharge pressure gauge is unstable, it shows that the liquid supply is insufficient. Slowly open the gate valve, when the reading of the pressure on the discharge side is stable, at this time For the best liquid supply, write down this readout, and then read it every time you turn on the machine. The speed of the regulating gate valve must be slow, because it takes several minutes to reflect the change from the amount of liquid supplied to the performance of the vacuum compressor.
