OIL DIFFUSION PUMP STRUCTURE:

The oil diffusion pump is mainly composed of pump body, diffusion nozzle, steam conduit, oil pan, heater, diffuser, cooling system and jet nozzle.

THE WORKING PRINCIPLE OF OIL DIFFUSION PUMP:

The current stage pump pumps the diffusion pump into the pre-vacuum of about 10 pa, and the working fluid with low saturated vapor pressure at room temperature is heated by a heater. The generated oil vapor moves upward along the steam duct, directed by several stages of nozzles and spews out at high speed, bringing the gas diffused in the oil vapor to the front stage. The oil vapor is ejected into the air from the front stage pump. After the pump wall is cooled, the oil vapor flows back to the bottom of the pump and repeats its work to achieve high vacuum.
