Each concave curved surface part of the rotor and the inner wall of the cylinder constitute the working volume, which takes gas from the suction port during the rotor rotation. When the rotor moves to the near exhaust port and communicates with the exhaust port, the pressure in the working volume rises suddenly because of the high pressure gas reflux, and then the gas is transported to the exhaust channel. . The two rotors are not in contact with each other, and they are sealed by a tightly controlled clearance, so the exhausted gas is not contaminated by lubricating oil.
