1. The axial clearance of the impeller is kept at about 2-4mm by
pre adjustment to prevent the shaft from extending due to the axial force of the
vacuum pump unit and the screw tightening, resulting in the friction between the
impeller and the guide vane surface.
Pre adjustment method: after the
deep well water pump is installed, remove the motor cover, turn the adjusting
nut with a wrench, and rotate the coupling anticlockwise by hand. When the
coupling and transmission shaft can rotate freely, it means that the rotating
part of the water pump has been lifted by the adjusting nut, and the impeller
has a gap. Use a wrench to rotate the adjusting nut (press the coupling by
hand), and lower the transmission shaft. When the impeller clearance disappears,
the impeller and the guide vane rub, and the coupling cannot be turned by hand.
When the transmission shaft is hoisted again to make the axial clearance reach
2-4mm, the position of the adjusting nut is fixed to complete the pre
adjustment.
2. After 16-20h operation, the size of each part has reached
a stable state, and the final adjustment can be carried out. The adjustment
method of final regulation is the same as that of pre adjustment.
