When changing the oil of vacuum pump equipment, first of all, it is necessary to remove the vacuum system from the pump, then it is also necessary to pad up one end of the chassis motor, open the oil drain plug to drain the oil, rotate the vacuum pump, cover the exhaust port, so that all the dirty oil in the cavity is discharged from the oil drain port, and then add 100-500ml new oil from the air inlet port, continuously rotate for more than 5-10 revolutions, and clean the interior according to 3-5 After the special dirty oil is discharged, install the oil drain plug, level the pump, add new oil from the air inlet and oil filling hole respectively, and the oil change is completed.
