There is too much oil in the valve chamber, which may be due to the wear of valve guide, piston ring and cylinder sleeve, and the damage of sealing ring of turbocharger, which will lead to excessive oil consumption of air compressor and oil leakage of air compressor; oil leakage fault of air compressor is generally the main reason for excessive oil consumption of air compressor. Maintenance personnel of air compressor need to find out the oil leakage place as soon as possible and carry out maintenance as required.

It should be emphasized that oil leakage from the air compressor will lead to oil in the machine and other places. In order to reduce pollution, special cleaning agent should be used to clean the air compressor during maintenance, and there is too much oil in the engine. The maintenance personnel of air compressor should eliminate the surplus oil, find out the source of these oil, and use appropriate oil in the engine, and do not add too much oil leakage.
