slightly higher than atmospheric pressure flows back to the pump cavity. If the
valve is not closed tightly, it will seriously affect the vacuum degree of the
vacuum pump. The main reason for the loose closing is that the valve plate is
deformed, cracked, or the valve plate is not guided properly when it is
bouncing, which causes the valve plate to stay.
If the exhaust valve is
not closed in time, the vacuum degree of the pump will also be affected. For
example, in order to reduce the power consumption and noise in high vacuum, when
the composite exhaust valve combining the compression valve and the floating
valve is used, the single-stage pump will not have problems generally. When the
double-stage pump is used, because the pressure difference between the low true
cavity and the oil tank is relatively small, especially when the rotating speed
is high, the floating valve will not appear The phenomenon of timely closing
affects the vacuum degree of the slide valve vacuum pump. If floating valve is
used in the overflow valve of high true cavity of two-stage pump, the problem
will be more prominent because the pressure difference between two sides is
smaller.
The spring force of exhaust valve can be smaller on the premise
of ensuring the valve tightness. If the pressing force is too large, the power
consumption will be increased. In the past, the compression force of some
imitated pump springs was up to 1.2x105pa. Through our repeated tests, it was
found that 1.02 ~ 1.1x105pa was suitable, which not only reduced the power
consumption, but also reduced the noise.
