Rotary vane vacuum pump is a kind of small volume, light weight, low noise, convenient starting, low cost among many vacuum equipment. It can be used alone or in combination with other vacuum equipment. It is used as the foreline pump of the Roots rotary vane vacuum unit. It is widely used in laboratories, metallurgy, machinery, printing, electronics, chemicals, light industry, petroleum and medicine field.

The traditional rotary vane vacuum pump eccentrically places a rotor in the circular stator cavity. When the rotor rotates, due to the eccentric action, the rotary vane on the rotor slides against the inner curved surface of the stator under the action of centrifugal and spring forces to achieve volume change. Complete the suction and exhaust process. This causes greater friction and abrasion between the rotary vane and the pump cavity, which causes the temperature of the high-speed rotary vane pump to increase, which reduces the mechanical efficiency and working life of the rotary vane pump.

Aiming at the above disadvantages of the traditional rotary vane vacuum pump, a new type of rotary vane vacuum pump with a stator profile is proposed. The traditional rotary vane and spring structure is replaced with a through rotor. The entire rotor is placed in the rotor slot above the rotor, and both ends of the rotor contact the inner surface of the stator at the same time. When the rotor rotates, the rotating blade is driven to move, and both ends of the rotating blade always slide along the inner wall of the stator. Since the movement of the rotor is always constrained by the inner wall of the stator, the stator internal profile (also known as the pump cavity profile, hereinafter referred to as the stator profile) is a profile generated based on the rotor's movement mechanism.
