2) In order to prevent corrosive gases, humid air, and solid substances from entering the pump and destroying the pump body, a series of protection devices must be placed in front of the inlet. Depending on the application and the object, these protection devices may include: corrosive gases. Absorber, dryer, buffer bottle to prevent liquid from directly entering the pump.
3) When using, it must be idling for 2~3 minutes before working. The pump should keep enough oil (No. 3 spindle oil), not lower or higher than the oil mark horizontal line.
4) Always keep the machine clean to prevent dust or other solid materials from falling into the pump through the inlet and outlet, so as not to cause machine wear and reduce vacuum.
5) Before starting to use in winter, the oil temperature should be increased to about 10 °C before use. When the oil quality in the fuel tank is not clean or the quality is changed, the oil should be replaced.
6) The newly pressed and overhauled vacuum pump must be in the direction of rotation of the V-belt during the test run. The end of the work must close the switch.
