1. The amount of circulating water is too little. There are two uses of circulating water. One is to cool the vacuum pump. The other is that water forms a water ring in the pump chamber when the impeller rotates. The air compresses the air in the water ring when the impeller rotates. 2. The temperature of the gas sucked by the vacuum pump is higher and the vacuum degree of circulating water is lower than 30 degrees. After running continuously for one day, the vacuum pump produces scale in the pump just like the kettle that boils water at home. When the impeller runs difficultly, the increase of friction causes the heat of the vacuum pump.
Exclusion methods:
1. The motor passport is dismantled. Whether the fan wings of the motor are flexible or not, there is no scale. When it is hard to operate, the exhaust pipe of the pump is dismantled and the scale inside is checked with the hand lamp. Scale will make the impeller difficult to operate, burn down the motor, and the spring of the mechanical seal will be easily locked on the shaft because of the scale. After the end surface is worn out, it can not be supplied automatically, resulting in leakage of the mechanical seal. Water burns down the motor.
2. Vacuum pump is a pumping pump, which permits a small amount of liquid. If the material sucked contains a large amount of water, buffer tank should be installed in front of the vacuum pump. If the vacuum pump sucks a large amount of water, it will break the impeller.
3. Vacuum pump sucks high gas temperature, using tap water as circulating water or using condenser to cool the gas. Attention: Vacuum pump must install overload protector to prevent overload burning motor. Connecting pipeline can not be thinned by 70%. Excessive thin pipeline and poor drainage can also cause overcurrent of motor.
