2BV Vacuum Pump Working Principle

The inner surface of the water ring is tangent to the hub and rotates along the arrow direction. During the first half of the rotation, the inner surface of the water ring gradually separates from the hub, so water is formed between the impeller blades and the hub. The annulus forms a closed space, with the impeller rotating, the space expands gradually, the space gas pressure decreases, and the gas is absorbed from the disk suction port; in the latter half-turn process, the inner surface of the water ring gradually approaches the hub, the space between the blades gradually reduces, the space gas pressure increases, and the gas between the blades is discharged from the disc exhaust port when the pressure is higher than the exhaust port pressure. In this way, whenever the impeller rotates one week, the space between the blades sucks and exhausts once. Because in the working process, work produces heat, which will heat the working water ring, and some water and gas are discharged together. Therefore, in the working process, it is necessary to continuously supply water to 2BV vacuum pump to cool and supplement the water consumed in the pump, so as to meet the working requirements of the pump.

When the gas discharged from the pump is no longer used, there is a gas-water separator connected to the exhaust port of the 2BV vacuum pump. After the exhaust gas and some water are discharged into the gas-water separator, the gas is separated from the exhaust pipe, and the remaining water is supplied to the pump through the return pipe for continued use. With the extension of working time, the temperature of working water will continue to rise.
