The water ring vacuum pump adopts the structure of single-stage action. The pump is composed of pump body, impeller, front and rear cover (two pieces), front and rear distributor, shaft, front and rear bearing parts, valve plate parts, etc. The shaft is eccentrically installed in the pump body, the impeller and the shaft are interference fit, and the total clearance between the two ends of the pump is adjusted by the cushion between the pump body and the distributor. When assembling, the front end is positioned to determine the single-side clearance first. The clearance between the impeller and the distributor has a greater influence on the gas leakage (leakage from the exhaust chamber to the suction chamber). Therefore, assembly must be guaranteed. The pump chamber is provided with an inlet and an outlet, and a group of blades are arranged between the inlet and the outlet. The rotating shaft of the blades is a motor shaft in the pump body. A guide plate is arranged at the outlet position of the pump chamber. One side of the guide plate is pivoted on the guide shaft, and the guide shaft and the motor axis are on the same straight line. The distance between the guide shaft and the motor axis is slightly larger than the rotating radius of the blade, and the rotating angle of the guide plate is limited by the pump chamber. When the pump works, the impulse of water flow will make the guide plate swing to one side and seal the side of the pump chamber. Under the blockage of the guide plate, part of the water flow driven by the blade rotation will not rotate repeatedly with the blade in the pump chamber, but will be effectively discharged from the drainage port, so that the efficiency of the pump can be effectively improved.
