single stage rotary vane vacuum pump structure

As a single-stage rotary vane vacuum pump, there is only one studio, which is mainly composed of stator, rotor and rotary vane. As shown in the figure below. The rotor is eccentrically placed in the stator. There are two rotating blades in the rotor tip, and a spring is arranged between the two rotating blades. Relying on spring elasticity and centrifugal force when the pump rotates, the rotary blade is close to the pump wall.rotary-vane-vacuum-pump-supplier

Generally, the pump chamber is divided into three parts: the space from the intake bamboo to the rotary blade is called suction (space, the space attached by the two rotary blades with the pump wall is called expansion and compression space; the space from the exhaust valve to the rotary blade is called exhaust space. If the rotary vane is in the vertical filling position, the pump chamber is divided into two parts (that is, the suction space and the exhaust space). But no matter where the blade is located, it always separates the intake valve from the exhaust port. The purpose of the exhaust valve immersed in oil is to prevent air reflux into the pump. In order to prevent the sudden power outage of vacuum pump oil flowing back into the vacuum container, a solenoid valve is installed on the intake pipe. Once power outage occurs, the solenoid valve blockades the passage. When the pump is opened, the solenoid valve sucks up and the passage opens.rotary-vane-vacuum-pump-structure
