If mechanical seals are used and leakage is found, the dynamic and static rings of mechanical seals should be checked for damage or aging of auxiliary seals. If the above situation occurs, new parts need to be replaced.

In normal work, attention should be paid to check the work and lubrication of bearings. The temperature (bearing and outer circle) of bearings is generally higher than the ambient temperature by 15 to 20 degrees Celsius. The maximum temperature should not exceed 30 to 35 degrees Celsius. That is to say, the actual temperature at the outer circle of bearing rack of water ring vacuum pump should not exceed 55 to 60 degrees Celsius.
