The newly purchased vacuum unit only leads out the cables before use, and needs to connect the cables by itself when installed. In connection with vacuum unit, we should pay attention to the need to use polyester insulating tape to wrap half of the first circle, wrap 8-12 layers, wrap them up, then use plastic tape to wrap two layers for strength; about the vacuum unit in connection, it should be in its cable copper core stripped out about 30-35 mm long, with abrasive cloth Wipe the copper wire clean and shine properly. Also strip the copper wire of three-core cable from 30 to 35 mm and wipe it with sand cloth.

The wiring of the vacuum unit will insert the three-core cable into the stripped copper wire part of the external cable, then tie it tightly with a thin copper wire according to the graphic pattern, cut off the remaining part, press it flat with scissors to prevent the tie-up; when wiring the vacuum pump, the three wire heads should be soldered firmly with solder respectively, requiring the surface of the solder head to be smooth. Slip, no burr and false welding. If there is no soldering or non-smooth, vacuum pump should be re-welded until the requirements are met.

The grounding wire of the vacuum unit must also be wrapped according to the requirements of submersible cable wiring technology; after the connection of the vacuum unit, the insulation resistance of the unit should be continuously shaken to observe its changes while it goes down the well in order to prevent the cable insulation skin from being broken on the wall of the well. If the insulation level drops sharply below 0.5 Mega ohm, the unit must be lifted up. Detection of causes.

The wiring of vacuum unit must be wrapped with plastic tape to cover three wires and two layers. The first layer exceeds 50 mm at the end of each conductor insulation layer, and the second layer exceeds 50 mm at the end of the first layer. After wrapping, a basin of cold water should be taken to immerse the wrapped wire head safely in water. After 12 hours, insulation should be measured by 500V megohm meter. It should not be less than 50 megaoh, otherwise it should be re-dressed until it meets the requirements.
