water ring vacuum pump vacuum dewatering
Vacuum dewatering is a commonly used process in paper industry. Vacuum dewatering with water ring vacuum pump produced by our company is a typical case of vacuum dewatering. The specific process of vacuum dewatering is described in detail below.
The general process flow of papermaking is as follows:
Raw materials - slicing - Cooking - washing - Screening - bleaching - beating - vacuum dehydration (using water ring vacuum pump) - pressing dehydration - drying - shaping - out of the factory.
The pulp after beating contains a large amount of water. The water in pulp must be removed before it can be made into finished products. Vacuum dewatering is the first stage of pulp dewatering.
The vacuum dewatering process involves spraying pulp into a copper mesh with fine grids woven from copper wire. There is a vacuum box under the copper mesh belt at a certain distance. Under the vacuum box, a vacuum pipe is put into the vacuum pipe, and then the intake pipe of the water ring pump is connected.
Because of the vacuum caused by the water ring pump, the water in the pulp on the copper mesh can be sucked into the pipeline to achieve the purpose of dehydration.
