Roots Vacuum Pump Applicability

Roots vacuum pump is widely used in the matching of single crystal furnace and ingot furnace, vacuum coating, vacuum drying, vacuum degassing, vacuum impregnation, vacuum brazing, vacuum heat treatment, vacuum concentration, vacuum reaction, high altitude simulation test and so on. It can not be used alone. Because of the characteristics of Roots vacuum pump, different front-stage pumps can be chosen freely according to different operating conditions. Especially, the vacuum requirement is not high, and the weak corrosive gas containing a large amount of water vapor or a small amount of dust in Egypt is required to be pumped out. It can be used in conjunction with water ring true vacuum pump or reciprocating vacuum pump. Of course, the ultimate pressure of Roots vacuum pump is different when matched with different types of front-stage pump, and the power consumption of Roots vacuum pump under different pressure difference is also different.
