Detailed introduction of imported scroll pump



Vortex pump is also called vortex pump, regeneration pump, etc. Because it is by the impeller rotation when the liquid vortex motion and suction and discharge of liquid, so called vortex pump. According to different types of vortex pump, it can be divided into single-stage vortex pump, centrifugal vortex pump, stainless steel vortex pump and other vortex pumps.

At present, the flow rate of general vortex pump is 0.2 ~ 27m3 / h. The working principle of general vortex pump is that when the prime mover drives the impeller to rotate in the pump through the shaft, the liquid enters the flow channel by suction, and is thrown into the annular flow channel by the centrifugal force of the rotating impeller, making the liquid rotate in the flow channel. Because each liquid particle is affected by centrifugal force, the liquid inside the impeller is greatly affected by the centrifugal force, while the liquid in the flow channel is less affected by the centrifugal force. Due to the different centrifugal force, the liquid will make longitudinal vortex motion. The liquid circulates through the channels between the blades repeatedly by means of longitudinal vortices (Fig. 1-35). Each time the liquid passes through the passage between blades, the lift is increased once, and finally the liquid is pressed out and discharged. 



After the liquid is discharged, a local vacuum will be formed in the channel between the blades, and the liquid will continuously enter the impeller from the suction inlet and repeat the above motion process. In this way, the vortex pump suction liquid, while discharging liquid, so as to continue to work. From the working principle of general vortex pump, we can see that it is like the role of multi-stage centrifugal pump, each blade channel is equivalent to one stage, and the energy increases once the liquid passes through the channel. Therefore, the head of general vortex pump is 2-5 times larger than that of centrifugal pump under the same impeller diameter, so it is a kind of pump with high head and small flow. Compared with the centrifugal pump with the same performance, the vortex pump has small volume and light weight; compared with the positive displacement pump with the same head, its size is much smaller and its structure is much simpler. Therefore, the general vortex pump has the advantages of simple structure, compact, small volume, light weight and low cost.

Usage of centrifugal pump

The basic structure of centrifugal pump is composed of six parts: impeller, pump body, pump shaft, bearing, sealing ring and stuffing box. 


1. Impeller is the core part of centrifugal pump. It has high speed and high output. The blades on the impeller play an important role. The impeller should pass the static balance test before assembly. The inner and outer surface of impeller is required to be smooth to reduce the friction loss of water flow.

2. Pump body also known as pump shell, it is the main body of the pump. It plays a supporting and fixing role and is connected with the bracket for installing the bearing.

3. The function of the pump shaft is to connect the motor with the coupling, and transmit the torque of the motor to the impeller, so it is the main part of transferring mechanical energy.

4. The sliding bearing uses transparent oil as lubricant. Add oil to the oil level line. Too much oil will seep along the pump shaft, too little bearing will overheat and burn out, causing accidents! In the process of pump operation, the temperature of bearing is the highest at 85 degrees, and generally it is about 60 degrees.

5. Sealing ring is also called leakage reducing ring.

6. Stuffing box is mainly composed of packing, water sealing ring, packing barrel, packing gland and water sealing pipe. The function of the stuffing box is mainly to close the gap between the pump shell and the pump shaft, so as not to let the water flow in the pump to the outside, and also to prevent the outside air from entering the pump. Always keep the vacuum in the water pump! When the pump shaft and packing friction heat, rely on the water seal tube to hold water to the water seal ring to cool the packing! Keep the pump running normally. Therefore, in the process of circulating inspection of pump operation, the inspection of stuffing box should be paid special attention to! The packing should be replaced after 600 hours of operation.

The sucked gas in the water ring vacuum pump enters the space between the water ring and the impeller through the suction holes along the suction pipe and the joint. The crescent-shaped part on the right side increases gradually from small volume due to the rotation of the impeller, thus producing vacuum suction gas. Water ring vacuum pump with the impeller rotation, gas into the left crescent-shaped part. Because the impeller rotates eccentrically, the space is gradually reduced, and the gas is gradually compressed and pressurized. The gas and water enter the water tank through the outlet hole through the joint along the exhaust pipe, and are separated automatically and then released by the exhaust pipe. Waste water and air in the water ring vacuum pump are discharged into the water tank together.


The main parts of light multistage centrifugal pump, such as impeller, guide vane, pump shaft and outer cylinder, are made of stainless steel. All the overflow parts of the series are made of stainless steel. They have good corrosion resistance. They are driven by carbide bearings and mechanical seals and rigid coupling. They are small in size, light in weight, corrosion resistant, small in vibration, low in noise, small in floor area and long in service life. Beautiful appearance and other characteristics, especially the advantages of high efficiency and energy saving. Separator level gauge. The liquid level in the separator can be observed. If the automatic control of the liquid level is needed, the liquid level meter with signal output, automatic overflow or rehydration device should be installed. Separator pressure gauge. If pressure may occur in the separator, pressure gauges should be installed on the separator. Thermometer. If it is necessary to observe the inlet temperature of working fluid, a thermometer should be installed in the working fluid pipeline. Working fluid booster pump. If the working fluid supply of the pump is insufficient or the resistance of the working pipeline is large, the working fluid booster pump can be installed. Working fluid control valve. If the supply of working fluid may be too large, the control valve should be installed in the working fluid pipeline. Cavitation protection pipeline. If the suction pressure of the vacuum pump is close to the working fluid when it is used as a compressor, the balance pipeline and the corresponding valve accessories should be installed between the suction and exhaust pipelines of the compressor.
