Debugging method of rotary fan

After the rotary fan is installed in place, first remove the air inlet filter and pour about 30ml oil into the main engine to make the engine oil evenly distributed in the main engine. Rotate the main pulley by hand to make the engine oil evenly lubricate the inner wall of the fan.

Before starting the rotary fan, please confirm whether the V-belt is loose properly. If it is too loose, please adjust it. Make sure that the relief valve is set at the specified pressure position. During commissioning, the exhaust valve can be adjusted manually to increase the opening pressure, adjust the safety valve and open it immediately. Before starting the rotary fan, the sewage treatment tank must be filled with water before the rotary fan can be operated. Otherwise, if there is no pressure at the outlet of the rotary fan, the rotary fan will not be lubricated. Turn on the power fan and confirm that the rotation direction of the rotary fan is consistent with the rotation mark direction. In case of inconsistency, disconnect the power supply immediately and adjust the motor wiring.

Observe whether there is pressure indication on the pressure gauge, observe the oil dripping from the nozzle, observe whether there is oil flow in the transparent oil return pipe, check whether all parts of the motor and fan work normally, whether the temperature is normal, and whether there is abnormal sound.

With the continuous expansion of the application of vortex vacuum pump in semiconductor industry, people began to devote themselves to the research of dry scroll vacuum pump. The difference between dry scroll vacuum pump and oil lubricated scroll vacuum pump is that there is no oil and liquid in the pump cavity. Therefore, to solve the problem of sealing and cooling in the pump is the key to the research of dry scroll vacuum pump.

Therefore, in some systems, it is usually equipped with dust remover, filter, chemical assembly and low pressure, and sometimes the pipeline needs water cooling. Some corrosive gases, such as the process of haimianqin, emit hydrogen chloride. The corrosion of dust on the mechanical pump oil and pump body parts is very serious, so that the pump oil has to be replaced frequently. According to the process requirements, the vacuum system composed of roots pump and water ring pump has good effect. In addition, there is the problem of discharging steam. If the vacuum system starts to be evacuated from the atmosphere, it starts to deflate at 1 ~ 10-1 Torr, while when 10-1 ~ 10-2 Torr, the surface mainly deflates water vapor in the air. This problem can be partly solved by pneumatic pump. In the ultra-high vacuum system, there is more hydrogen in the residual gas, so zirconium aluminum suction pump can also be selected.

The complete isolation of crankcase and cylinder is realized by using full sealing device, and advanced oil-free lubrication is realized by using self-lubricating material for piston rings. When running, driven by the motor, the piston in the cylinder moves to and fro through the action of crank-connecting rod mechanism (rotating motion into linear motion). When the piston moves from the left end to the right end in the cylinder, the pressure in the left chamber space decreases continuously as the volume of the left chamber of the cylinder increases. When the pressure in the left chamber space is lower than that in the pumped container, according to the principle of gas pressure balance, the gas in the pumped container is continuously pumped into the left chamber through the suction valve 5, which is in the process of suction. When the piston reaches its rightmost position, the left chamber of the cylinder is filled with gas. Then the piston moves from the right to the left, and the suction valve 5 closes automatically. Gas is gradually compressed as the piston moves from right to left. When the gas in the cylinder reaches the exhaust pressure, the exhaust valve 4 is opened and the gas is discharged, thus completing a working cycle. When the piston moves from the left end to the right end, repeat the above cycle until the pumped container reaches a certain equilibrium pressure.
