The second is the leak detection of parts before the device. Third, check whether the performance of vacuum valve and other components can meet the design requirements.

Fourth, according to the electrical diagram, check whether the circuit is in good condition, whether the switch can point to the open circuit position, whether the relevant test instrument can be in the zero position, whether the ground wire can be grounded, whether the operation is safe, etc.

Fifth, leak detection in the process of vacuum system installation. The leak detection of vacuum system in the process of device debugging is the main part of vacuum leak detection. Therefore, the device process must be separated from leak detection. If multiple vacuum pumps are installed in series on site, the mechanical pump should be installed and pumped first, and then the main pump should be installed after reaching the vacuum degree, instead of stopping leak detection after all the installation of the system is completed. Otherwise, once there is air leakage, it will bring trouble to the device. At the same time, pay attention to whether there are scratches on the rubber ring and flange sealing surface at the static sealing flange to prevent air leakage after installation. After the vacuum system device is completed, the no-load commissioning and the commissioning in the process of process consumption will be stopped.
