1. The water level indicator in the vacuum system is not broken or leaking.

2. Close the drain valve on the steam side of the condenser to prevent leakage.

3. Check whether the water ring vacuum pump is under negative pressure, whether the water level of the low pressure heater is normal and whether the drain valve is sealed.

4. Check whether the exhaust steam safety valve of low pressure cylinder is in good condition and there is no air intake.

5. Check whether the gravity return water of the speed control feed water pump leads to the condenser. If the return water volume is small and the water seal bag cannot be sealed, the gravity return water from the sealing water of the water supply ring vacuum pump should be poured into the groove.

6. Check the area connecting the vacuum exhaust pipe and the cylinder for air leakage. When the load drops, the air leakage will be reduced, while when the load rises, the vacuum will increase slightly.

7. If the water seal, pipe, flange or weld of vacuum system valve is not firm, especially the pipe and valve port from expansion tank or boiler start-up separator to condenser.

The reason why single stage centrifugal pump can't pump water

The reason why the centrifugal pump does not pump water may be that the user does not install it correctly. The reason why the single-stage centrifugal pump can not pump water may also be that the self-priming exceeds the effective self-priming height of the centrifugal pump.
