In addition, under the vacuum condition, the evaporation capacity of sealing liquid will also increase with the increase of temperature, and the larger the percentage of the discharge capacity of vacuum pump, the situation that cannot be vacuumized will occur. As for the data involved too much, the evaporation capacity of sealing liquid at various vacuum degrees is not the same as that at various temperatures. Only at a certain vacuum degree can we reflect the change of temperature and cause the change of evaporation capacity. Or vice versa.
